Has anyone experience the F2 fuse blow after changing the Floppy disk drive out with a SD drive

Not exactly, but I had a shorted diod on the 8-output board that blow fuses in the PSU in 2014.
Go over all diods with a multimeter in continuous(beep) mode and check! Diods is one way flow, if it beeps booth way (- to +, + to -) or no way it's broken.

And man did it take me a lot of time fault searching.... 5 cent diod later she woke up! :)

Edit: You could first try and disconnect the 8-output ribbon, start the MPC and check if it blow a fuse.

If it is disconnect the main input board ribbon, start the MPC and check if it blow another fuse.

If it still blow the problem is on the mainboard, then you know where to start checking.

Edit 2: Are you sure you put the floppy power connector the right way in(5V,12V) into the SD-reader?
