ay, well first, peace to ev'body, this is my first time posting on here.

my main problem is this(and hopefully, it's typed properly)

for a year, i've been using my MPC60 as a midi controller(hooked into my PCR-50 midi controller) to sequence all the samples/drums into Cubase 5.0. However to put the samples on the mpc, i use both Battery and Kontakt, so therefore, i'm playing the samples off of the mpc, but they're not stored on it.

now the thing i wanted to know was there any possible way of putting the data into my mpc60 as a song(or at least the sequences)?

b/c i would like to take the files with me if i went to studio compared to just taking in a data cd.

you'd have to resample into the mpc and assign the samples to the pads you used to create the sequence on cubase.

you're probably better off just sampling and sequencing in the mpc from the get go. editing the samples on pc first might be useful if you're chopping things up.. or get yourself the mpc-editor... do you have a zip drive?
