Anyone using a MPC3000 and run their samples through a S950 first? If so hows it working out?

I do that sometimes, dump um w/ midi and it works fine..

What Exactly is MIDI dump???

Download the MPC3k Manual for free and check pages 14-16. It explains what Midi Sample Dump is and how to recieve and send from or to an external sampler. Its at the very end of the manual, past all the chapters, index, and appendix.

That is the only bad stuff about the 3.10 upgrade on the 60 : no more midi dump , that is sad because the sound from the 60 to my Emu 64 has something really crispy clear even if it's slow ( you got to get really short cables )
