How much sample time is 750KB in a 60?

Also, when the backlight is dim on an MPC-60, about how much longer do you have before it totally burns out..? Once it does, is it expensive to replace..?

i think its something like 13 secs. its not expensive at all to get a new backight. i would check out midi-rakete.com.

It's like $40 for the new backlight, plus labor for whoever replaces it.

the memory pgrade is a must too, you get 13.1 seconds without it, but with the 3.10 OS you have 4 banks, so the extra memory comes in handy if you like to max out your pads.
