track mute on the mpc 60II?

i was also wondering about time streatch and track mute on the 60II
im guessing probbly not but some times they got that stuff hidden in the sampler

Read your manual, read the FAQ at the top of this forum, learn your sampler. We will not tell you stuff you can easily find in the manual, reading and replying to the questions that the manual would answer tires people and will not make you any friends here.

listen elmo i could care less to be you or any body elses friend on this site. i dont have a manuel and im sorry i looked at the faq on the top of the page and couldnt find any thing about it. sorry to tire you but i thought this web site was for a bunch of geeks that loved to flex there nerdpowers at questions about mpc's.

oh and track mute should be simple to find on the mpc itself... timestretch on the 60 is a bit more difficult though...

infact iv been readin your comments and think your probably the coolest guy on this website .
so what were you sayin about the track mute being easy to find and the time stretch not so.

1. Ain't no timestretch on the 60. It's on the S950 but not the 60.

2. All you gotta do to track mute is hit (Soft Key 1) while the sequence is running. Use (Soft Key 3) and (Soft Key 4) to scroll between tracks and then use (Soft Key 1) to turn them on and off in mid sequence. This is how I do it...maybe there is another way but this method works fine for me.

3. Go to www.akaipro.com Search the website archives you can download the 60 manual there.

4. Read it, numerous times like me. All the info you need is going to be in that manual.
