Anyone know the specs on the data encoder or a manufacturer part number? I need a new one since th shaft on mine was bent all up and now it does not work right. VST wants $75 for a new one.

you can cop the 60 service manual from the FAQ link, it should have a part number there, might be the same on the 3000.

Thanks El. I have the 3000 service manual but I can not find the part number they call out anywhere. I'll check that 60 manual and see if it the same part.

The "rotary encoder" is in the parts list of a 3000 service manual.

From memory, ES414627J is the part number for a 3000 ... don't know if it is the same as a 60.

Thanks Rohan. I tried cross referencing that PN but no luck. I thought I might find an equivalent part if I could get the specs on it. I'll keep digging and see what I can find.

I'll check again this evening.
