Its cool put for 400 dollars wouldn't you rather buy a s1000 and a midi controlller. Or does it have better specs or something?

i seen that aution. i seen one for cheaper on craigslist. but theyre alot more money than a s1000. i saw a s1000 go for 61.00 the other day on ebay. my boy wants a s1000 cuz he has a bunch of 12bit shit and no 16. that shit looks cool. but for the cake id take s1000 or s3000 anyday.

They are quite rare, they wanted to make something bigger than the Emax KB ;)

Nah, it's the same thing as the 1000. Save your money.

I love those big knobs tho.

They are rare indeed but these days you can find anything if you're patient. I think these were out there to compete with the EIII keyboard (which is monumentally huge), and Emax.

Back then, big keyboards seemed to be in style too.

Im surprised you cats never seen this before. The s1000 keyboard is rare but I still see them from time to time. I had one about 5 years ago. The are big and heavy and go through backlights like water. Stick with the rack version.

I love the look of all the old Akai gear, x7000, x3700, the mg's, the styling is classic to me probably because it's the style of the 60mk1 which to me is the best looking mp. If I had the space and the loot I'd wanna cop of these seems pretty cool to me.
