Sounds like they didn't connect the SCSI board back up properly.

Repair should be covered by warranty.

Speak with the repairer.

( note: Inernal SCSI cables may have become un-seated during transit ... or not re-connected in the correct manner by the service folks when they were working on other stuff. )
