I just won a mpc 60 on ebay and should recive sometime next week. The thing is though, its made for american sockets(?), so i also bought a universal adapter but then i read somewhere that you also need a voltage converter. Do you know if it is so or if you can switch from 230 to 120(or the other way around) on ther machine it self? Regards/Jakob

Nah you need a converter, certain machines can switch internally but odds are it won;t be one of them.

Voltage converters are cheap, you only need a 50 or 100 watt one, but a larger one will be more stable and they run about $20 here. Do a google search. I think one UK user found one in a store somewhere.

Don;t plug it in with just the adaptor unless you want to KILL your MPC.
