I'm looking to max this puppy out for this beat I'm making for my boy where I need to use the timestrech so if you guys could help

man I'm glad I didn't sell this thing! it's easy and dope as hell and that MG614! damn man, I'm so happy. I've got the illest setup ever...need to learn that ASR rack next.

look in the FAQ thread. The RAM suppliers in there also sell RAM/upgrades for other samplers....

try loading the sample you want to timestretch in to the 950 by itself then re import it. to the program if you need the space for the processing. memory for it doesn'c come too cheap.

Make sure you're sampling everything at 45rpm too...

I'm not sure, but if it takes the same kind of ram as the s-1000 then you better have some extra cash to spend. 32 megs for the s-1000 was like $400!! I know it was expensive. Nice samplers, but with obsolete ram, you've REALLY got to love the sound of them samplers to keep em. For the price of the ram, I bought a yamaha a-4000 with 128 megs of ram, and a 9 gig hard-drive. Easier to use, and sounds ggrreeeaat!
