I love the 60

I was reading the manual last night and messing around to get to know all the things the 60 can do because I haven't really done that yet.

It's a damn cool machine. Like you guys didn't know that

yea the 60 is really nice:-) I think its thebest of the lo fi sampling drum machines. h as a good sound, wicked sequencer, and is stable... and most importantly a joy to work with

Word. Its funny like. Use the 60 chop on it, loop some shit up, whatever you do. Then do it on another machine and see how nothing compares. I just cant get down on other shit anymore 'cept my asr10. Either way i got that **** midi up to the 60. KING 60!

First I want to commend Spectre for going through the machien with the manual. You have no idea what you can learn by doing that thoroughly, it's a really rewarding experience for any piece of geart, but something as well designed as the 60 it is unbelievable.

yeah I've been sampling the last couple of days and I can do it for hours, I have the others samplers for longer loops or other random stuff, but I enjoy sampling on the 60 most of all. it's just so fast and fun, it's like a game or something.

ya manual reading can be key. I leave that for the subway, i skim through it till i read some feature that i haven't herad about it, then rush home and then flip on teh machine and go to work learning that new functoion. sometimes there's either 2 ways u can go down. one way, u can think the machine is really simpler than u thought it would be, or you can find out it is so mcuh more complex
