Is there a way to sample on an mpc 60 in stereo. Also can you just sample the left side or right side? And if not is there any 12 bit samplers that sample in stereo and allow you to chose left or right if you wanted to.

you need the os update for stereo sampling.

so would it be exactly like the 3000 sample window. I can just chose a side on the 3000 in realtime. Would it be like that because i heard about that update.

You sample mono. With the update you can sample both sides seperate, and then when they're both loaded in the 60 you can combine them to one stereo sound.

another noobie question, in the 60, when you sample each 'side' do you have to set your balance on the mixer to 'right', sample the 'right' side, then sample the 'left' side as another sound and panning left? and then combine the two samples?
