Does anyone know if it is possible to load MPC60 sound files on to a 3000? I used to own a 60 and when I sold it I kept my original disks. I would like to be able to use some of my old drum sounds, but for the life of me can't figure out how or if I even can load those disks. Thanks

Did your MPC60 have OS 3.10?

Actually, my old MPC60 had version 3.14 software. My 3000 has version 3.11. Every time I go to load the files, it tells me that the disk is either bad or formatted by a different device. ???

I downloaded the 3.16 version software from the mpc3000.com site and that didn't help either.

Yep...

Try this, if the 60 disks are HD then cover up the hole in the bottom right corner of the disk with some tape then load them in the 3000.
