I believe the scsi connection in the back of the MPC should be a SCSI-1 Centronics male and the to the Zip would be a DB25 Male. I haven't received my SCSI kit yet from RLinn, but from what I read, I think thats the type of cable you need.

For the MPC-60 and 3000, you'll need to use a male-to-male DB-25 SCSI cable. These are the old school Macintosh type SCSI cables.

yeah, i just ordered a zip drive from vst.........mine didnt have a termination switch.......they sent me a scsi cable and the drive........
now im set, i hope!!!!!!!
