where can i find the 3.14 B or 3.14 operating system version

We know that ...but we have the problem that we don't reach to install the 3.16 ! Is there anyone who can explain us in detail how to install this version ?

They;

1: Tell you how to perform a boot from floppy disk. ( the temporary method )

2: Or to contact the developer for further assistance and how to obtain the ROM's for installation. ( the best method ).
