Deals on a 60

Yo, I read this forum alot and have seen several reports of people getting good condition MPC60's for like 400 bux. I was wondering where you guys are finding these deals, I haven't been able to find anything less than 650 without upgrades. I don't mind payin 400 for a complete base model cuz I can do my own upgrades at a later date. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance

i found mine on ebay. mpc60 with 2.14os for $400. i guess the 2.14os is a good deal if you can find one cause it already has the Marion Systems MPC-SCSI inside (which is a $300 upgrade)
it is ebay though, lots of people seem to **** about rip-off's and scams so i'd advise you to be careful. i spent well over a month watching mpc60's on ebay, and patience (and luck) is key to finding a good one at a good price.
i'm more than happy with my ebay experience, and the mpc60 that i picked up was well worth the $400. now i'm upgrading it to the 3.10...making this a great deal at about $600 when it's all done.

Yeah my mpc60 mkII should arrive thrusday according to the tracking info. I got mine for 450 shipped.

Damn, u got it with SCSI for 400, thats a deal right there. I'm def checkin ebay everyday but does anyone know any other places to find ppl sell 60's? I did post a want ad on the forums but I wanna cover as many bases as possible.

look for one near you so you can check it out before hand. ebay is all luck. pictures are very deceiving.
