Nah, gave up on the 60/3k family after the MPC2.5k hit.
Just see people paying $500-700 for dirty v2 60's and here's a clean v3 w/ options just sitting at $700.

i think if dude provided more info about the scsi, it wouldve have been gone a long time ago.. but he cant guarantee that the scsi will work so he loses out on the BIN..

Just a poor salesmen.
It's would have been easy to find another SCSI device to verify it.
I guess well see how it goes.
Look at it this way even clean, v3 and memory is good at $700, if the SCSI works even better.
Still should be cheaper to repair the SCSI than buy it.
Just really funny how 60 and 3k price bounce around so much.

does 3.10e always check for scsi devices upon bootup? if so, it may not have scsi installed at all... i wouldnt take this dudes word for it anyhow... still a cool price either way... $300 for scsi is expensive though...

That's why I said dude should have gotten another SCSI device to determine if it was his ZIP drive of something wrong with the SCSI on the 60.
Would help it sell quicker.

You always see dudes always cry about the price of a loaded 60 being around a grand or end up with a dogged out unit.
That's all it's about.
Before I would sell it at $700 I would put v2 in it sell it straight up, then list the v3 eproms and the SCSI in separate auctions.
If the pictures are real then you could get a good price for the 60 alone since it looks clean.

I've been 60 free for about 2 years and 3k free for about 8 months.
Can't sell what I don't have.

Just remember this thread next time someone cries about the price of a 60.

anyway, that 60 looks ok for the price, it's not in the cleanest condition, but it's cool for the price i guess.

Misunderstanding can go a long way, but you have to admit, there are alot of scammers and people trying to be slick with their sales around here. No personal attack intended.
