11h is one of the SYS file load error traps. ( for handling SYS file load/run errors )
IE: for handling an error that can happen with FLOPPY BOOTED operating systems.

1: A corrupted or in appropriate SYS file on the floppy disk that
you're trying to boot and run your MPC3000 with.
2: That you are trying to boot your MPC3000 with a SYS file that is
too new when compared to the one in the machines ROM. Machines fitted
with operating systems 3.03 or 3.08 in ROM can exhibit this issue
when trying to boot from a 3.11 or 3.12 floppy disk.
Continual problems in the above regard can be solved in most cases by
ensuring that you have the latest operating system for your machine
installed in ROM.
In essence this is a ROM/RAM overlay error that can happen when an MPC3000 operating system is booted and run from floppy.
IE: A memory managment issue.
This error very rarely, if ever happens on a machine when its operating system is being run form ROM.
What OS version is installed in your MPC3000's ROM ? ( can be seen on the boot screen when you turn on the machine with NO FLOPPY DISK in the drive )
Trying to run with an MPC3000 operating system booted from floppy disk ?
If so which MPC3000 OS version are you trying to boot and run from floppy disk ?
