mpc 60 and bass

i know that the 60 doesn't have a low pass filter, but im wondering, theres no other way to get bass on there(besides downloading)? i know people get the s950 to go with the 60, but i was just wondering if there was any other way to possibly get bass.. aight thanks

There are a few ways to do so, one of which is if u have a good mixer between your tables(assuming u sample vinyl) you can kill the mids and highs with the eq on there. Another way is to take your samples, dump into pc and use a software filter. Another great way is to grab and Akai MFC 42, pure analog filter and they aren't too expensive either. Or, you can do what I do sometimes and either use keyboard bass, or my personal favorite, get out your bass and start jammin. I tend to enjoy that one cuz I been playin since '93 and it adds to the live show if used in moderation.
