thanks for the feedback Spectre.

I'm trying to add you on myspace, but it's slow as hell. I like your beats a lot man, do you run those through a pre of some sort? they sound real good, real loud and thick...if it's just off of vinyl you've got a good method going.

i like the native tongue and phoney tracks! what do you use the 950 for mostly? drums or melodies/instruments?

spectre--nice beats! i agree w/ detail, your levels are sound nice and loud over here.

here's a couple tracks i made on the 60, just messin' around w/ some chops for ideas. feedback is appreciated.

thanks highlife, I use the 950 for bass...filtered and otherwise...on the native tongue track I used it for all the vocals. I"m going to start using it more because I only have the S950 and the SP1200 for the summer...I really like this combo but I need to figure out how to swing drums proper on the SP

I'll check your tracks out now

Well I go from vinyl thru a cheap dj mixer Pyle Pro or some shit from Best Buy then to the 60.

Sometimes I go to my Tascam 244 and get a fatter more distorted sound but it takes too long to set it all up so I don't bother most of the time.

that's cool man, thanks for the listen.

I've been working on tracks for my new album and these were some of the tracks that I didn't want. Obviously a different style, on all fronts from what me or my friends would rock...which is why they're on myspace. I think they're good, just not my same old same, with the exception of "phoney" which was after a long night of pabsts and I think that ones dope...just rock kicking a rhyme to an old beat.

honestly, if you listened to all the joints thanks for your time and for your opinion, I appreciate it!
