mpc60 pgm question

yesterday my younger brother was doing a track on track one with pgm 1 consisting of snare kick hi, and tried going to track 2 and using pgm2 but it wouldnt let him use that one? is the 60 only good for 1 pgm per sequence or is he just a dumbass? LOL thanks g's

One program at a time. If you want you can put in program changes during a sequence to change to another one.
