is now a good time?????

I want to buy a mpc3000(LE) but is this a good time? I read somewhere that there is a 4500 coming out in feb 2008 ?? at analogjapan are selling a mpc3000LE 2800 dollars ,..but is it worth it?

People have paid a lot more and a lot less, depends if you think it's worth it at the end of the day. If you are torn between a 3000 and some new MPC then you are missing the point - 3000's are awesome because they're not new, they have old school build quality, reliability and sound.

Something to think about though: As far as I know the LE is the same thing as the normal 3000 but with a different paint job and the added excitement that Dilla used one -
Just get a normal 3000 for half that price.

business is far from slow, but, considering that some people are willing to pay by escrow, and that escrow services are releasing funds to sellers faster than they used to, we started using them.
