If you want to post up pictures on here you need to upload them to a site like
http://www.photobucket.com (you'll need to create an account, but it's free so no problem there).

Then to post the pics on the forum, you paste the link to your photo in this format:



Seriously though, I'm not hating on you, but this forum has a for sale section - http://www.mpc-forums.com/viewforum.php?f=12 - so no need to spam the discussion areas with for sale threads (on other forums this will get you banned, dunno how strict they are around here).
