Can i use the mpc 60 as a mtc master?

Right now i have the mpc- 60 as a slave to my mixing board. I want to use the mpc as the master so i can free up one of the mpc-60 midi inputs. Please let me know becuase if this can be done it I will have more creative space. Thanks

I don't think it can create MTC - just plain old midi clock AFAIK.

The MPC can receive MTC, but can't send it out, which would be great. Believe me, I tried.

I used MTC before with Nuendo/Cubase as the master to sync the MPC for recording.
