Problems with rec ins on 3000le

Hi tried sampling something earlier but the line levels on the mpc were all over the place. The right side was incredible high and the rec gain knob was not responsive. The left side was very low but the rec gain could control the volume. To make sure it was the 3k I set up a 2kxl in exactly the same way and there were no probs. I opened the 3k up a few days ago hope I haven't bust it - any ideas?

Yup opened it up again and loose connection so no worries
