Has anyone ever come across/made a font like the one on the 3ooo's screen?
I've been looking for one forever and can't find one

I know this is an old subject. But c'mmon, this thread deserves the answer, it's 5 years old and still waiting for the solution. Is there anyone who knows the answer?

The question is, what font is the exact replica (in sense of graphics, dimensions etc.) of the font used in MPC3000 OS? I can 100% duplicate the text in any text edit application as unformatted text. Unfortunately I have to format and use some font for the text to achieve my goal. Anyone?

Reading the OP, I thought he was talking about the "MPC3000" logo text as below. The MPC and 3000 parts use slightly different versions of the font, the MPC being based on parallel lines and the 3000 being solid filled.

Having spent some time looking for this font (the MPC part in particular) there are some pretty close alternatives, but no exact match. So if anyone knows where to find this, post up the info for the community.

Harmoncj wrote:Here ya go! http://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/811927 I made this a while back. I forgot to put space underneath each character, so youll have to adjust the line spacing. Looks like most the MPCs and S series had the same font, 7 pixels high 5 pixels wide.

Thanks mate and I really appreciate your effort. Cheers!
