Ive read that you can hook up scsi card readers to the 3000. Will any scsi card reader work? Also i read that the cards wont be able to be read by a PC. I wanted to save my programs, samples, and sequences to the card and then transfer to my PC to store it instead of keeping it on the card. Is this not possible?

Anybody who uses a card reader with their 3000 please tell me your method of saving, loading, and transfering files. thank you!

Are there any better alternatives to saving and loading other then a card reader?

Yes, you can use SCSI card reader drives with the MPC3000 but only certain ones are compatible. We have all the compatible brands listed on our Compatability Chart here:

Please feel free to contact me directly and I'll be glad to answer any questions you have about card readers and your MPC3000. We happen to have some brand new Microtech PCD-25B drives in stock at this time, which is pretty rare.
