TIME seems to be a major issue, You've highlighted the build up to what was important, the voting according to the rules, and you missed out my chocolate teapot line.

it's hard to vote according the rules cause often you can't really tell if the rules have been broken.
If the rule is only a one minute beat then you have to think about your composition, that aint really a bad thing is it.
