congrats on the win to DANTUF!!!!!

here's the samples and rules he provided -

must use both samples as little or as much as you like

must include a chant , vocal type thing in breakdown(either at the start middle or end)

must include a natural sounding bass

must have a switch up - nothing to loop from start to end

RULES

* 1 beat per person
* TIME LIMIT: Since you guys are uploading to your own accounts, there is no way for the battle to run over soundclouds 120 minute account limit. So make them as long as you want. Although, you should at least try to keep them to the limit of a standard song (2:30-4:00). *REMEMBER: It's your job as the beat maker to get the listeners attention to want to listen immediately. If you make it too boring, people will skip it!

yeah man make a track !

synths are allowed

natural bass - double bass , bass guitar etc - no raspy dubstep synth


rules are just guidelines man , do pretty much what you like

synths to compliment the main sample - not to over power it

I am confused as to this guideline "must have a switch up - nothing to loop from start to end " if someone could re state it in another way I would appreciate it a lot. Thanks.

basicly just have a breakdown where the sample chops etc change or switch up so its not just a beat loop or something like that..

dont let it put you off making a beat man .. rules are guidelines
