Just put mine up, good sources and the short length was a bonus

^^^ Yeap good to hav a short one this time, not that mine are ever really that long.
I just put mine up too, spent a bit more time on it this week. better than last weeks rush job.

Interesting perspective. I dunno if you're aware that posting links in the original thread is how it is done in the SP battles, the UGHH battles, and the Stones Throw battles.

yo everyone, after hearing the Erratic's flip for the BB #24, I just hadn't the choice to participate too. I gotta say that flippin 3 samples in a beat wasn't easy at all, though I think it's not that bad for a first try. I'm definitely gonna be in the next battle too, shit was real fun and challenging

I feel you, but these beat battles are brain exercises. There are some battles that may not seem like you have a chance, but fight it and learn from it. Even if you don't get a vote from the members you now have comments on the track you wrote. I'm not forcing you to do anything, but part of my resolution is to grind instead of just staying on the sidelines.

yup, thats the way i see it, try the battles and learn from trying something you might not normally sample.,.

my beat for this battle aint all that, but hopefully i get it tracked out tomorrow intime for the deadline,., its good to try new things

Its definately the best way to do it. else you get people spamming their soundclouds all over the thread(like what is starting to happen).

Most battles you upload your track, then share to the group, then announce it on the forum so the Mods know it is a battle beat, up to choice really if you want to put a link in, or put your beat up so be it, there is no right or wrong just down to that messy bracket of opinion.

How what works it doesn't say anywhere you can't post a link, it is a perspective Holmes, it's your opinion, I think thats where Tepa is coming from, he is just saying all the other battles work like this and it does make sense, If I've said more than once I'll say it again, Don't worry about rules enjoy making a beat and have some fun, and lets try and encourage each other, theres bigger thing to worry about like organised child abuse rings, got it!! good !! feel the love Holmes!! feel the love!!
