Quick beat for the battle.

Hope im not too late! Last min beat made on mpc 500. Vocal is recorded into the mpc but i couldnt play it for some reason. When the beat was playin it stopped after 2 bars every time. So beat is made on the mpc but i mixed the vocal into it with ableton. I also added some compression and a fade out from ableton but thats it.

Threw in the towel, here it is. I used all the samples, 4 or 5 are just one-shots. I cut a single piano note from the beginning of the "eerie" sample and cleaned up the background noise and used it to play some chords and a lead. It's really hip hop or house. Not sure what it is. Didn't even use a snare. The quote is from Zhuangzi.

shit, you could have coughed over the track ...i wasn't expectin every m/fuka to sing or rap over it. Even just a grunt or quick somethin like Erratic did was more than enough. I was just tryin to spice it up a bit...last thing I would ever do is suggest we disqualify a m/fuka! b'sides, I didn't even have time to flip anything this round!
