Rules:

No outside synths
No outside vocals, outside vocal snippets, or outside scratched in vocals/chops (You follow? EDIT: You can include scratches of any of the vocals I have included in the battle pack. You should find a sufficient amount)
At least 3 minutes
There are 4 tracks and all must be used in some way or another
Today is March 9th and the battle will end in one week, March 16th

No; There are PLENTY of vocals included. You can scratch in what's in the pack (which is why I emphasized "outside") .

Complaining you do understand I have to whine and moan to access that box, think you might find I'm asking a question, not for my sake but for the sake of new heads that might take what is said wrong, completely wrong, for example like somebody complaining, saves time on re-editing posts and explaining things over and over, and as you can see Kapps sorted it and re-worded it, saving someone asking why 1 of the 4 elements of Hiphop has been banned from a beat battle, now do you get it ?. So for future reference a complainer is somebody that points out the negative, WITHOUT any positive solution. I think you'll find I just say it how it is. (and as you can't hear me say this, there is humour in here so don't take you know how I'm saying it) consider yourself Padawan Schooled !
