Do you have the IDE connector on the Acard bridge connected to the IDE connector on the Delock card reader?

Do you have power connected to the Acard bridge?

Take the SCSI ID cables from the ID switch in the case off of the Acard for the moment, without anything connected to the SCSI ID pins on the Acard, it will default to SCSI ID 0, try to get it working on SCSI ID 0 to begin with.

Remove the SCSI termination power jumper from the Acard, as the SCSI termination power should be supplied from the MPC SCSI port, if the MPC SCSI termination power fuse is not blown, so leave it turned off on the Acard.

Is the Acard IDE connector connected to the Delock IDE connector? It is not connected in the photo you posted.

Does the Acard have power from the case connected to the Acard power connector?

Can you insert a CF card, go into the Disk/Format screen, select SCSI ID 0, and format the CF card?

When you select SCSI ID 0 in the Disk/Format screen, does it show any information in the Vender= and Product= fields, and does it show an HD icon on the right side of the screen?

What CF card are you using?

What does the IDE cable that you are using look like?

Yeah, should have checked that in your photo, pin 1 on the Acard, marked by a square solder pad on the rear of the connector/pcb, should always line up with pin 1 on the connector/cable, marked by the red line on the cable and sometimes an arrow on the side of the connector.

Next thing to try might be a Sandisk CF card, maybe a 1 or 2GB card, one of their slower/normal cards, they seem to be the most compatible, but be careful of the counterfeits, of which there seem to be some around.

Also, maybe, try connecting the Acard IDE connector directly to the Delock IDE connector, without an IDE cable in-between, to make sure the IDE cable isn't causing any problems.
