What replacement CCFL for the MPC4000/Akai DPS16?

Hey,

I am looking for the replacement Backlight CCFL details for the MPC4000/Akai DPS16. Reading the service manual and this was definitely doable when released. The original CCFL model number was 88EX57G/L(tube) for G321EV. It appears to be 80mm so I am think these units may be correct >>> https://www.ebay.com/itm/123707950047?s ... There was a LCD modification that could be done but the guy that was doing it doesnt have any stock atm. This is not urgent but my Akai DPS16 screen is getting really dim so the CCFL needs replacing. It is 20 years old so fait play.

There was an LED kit that the forum member Genesis92 made a few years back, you may be able to get that.

Thing is, you could do yourself a favor and just get a new screen and never think about it again:

This is an extremely good price for a newly produced LCD screen.

Yeah but its what I paid for the desk If this was for a MPC4000 then sure, I could quantify the expense, I bought the XL screen for my 2500 for this reason. But this desk cost me $150

Oh and I sent Frank an email and we chatted but he doesnt have any kits available atm and he couldnt give me an idea on when he may have. I have put my name down but it could tomorrow or next year.
