Are MPC X and Renaissance pads the same/interchangeable?

I searched but couldn't find an answer.

Are these pads exactly the same and interchangeable, or different? In other words, could I open up both my X and my Ren and swap out the pads without any issues? Or are they different? I'd rather know BEFORE I open both machines up, it's quite a process to get to the pads on both of these.
