Has anyone Done a Mpc x Surgery

MY play start and Tempo Buttons have decided to Acted up on me And my warranty has just died I was thinking about switching them out all I see is people switching out Pads but not Buttons online. Has anyone Done a Button Surgery If so any Insights would be Greatly appreciated
