Looking for a good bread and butter sounds VST in the vain of a Triton, Motif, Fantom, etc. Any recommendations?

Aturia has a pretty nice collection of virtual instruments. Native Instruments Komplete is good too.

has a subscription $19.95 i think you get a sound pack every month for a minimum of 350 presets every year.
i was thinking about getting the sub since i already have the legacy m1 he has a bunch of examples on soundcloud of what comes in the first download.

I picked up a Proteus for some bread & butters. Worked like a charm, though some sound real 'dated'.
