They've also got their own little cottage industry of sample packs and tutorials based around Maschine, but they seem like genuine enough fellas.

What's obvious from all the current Ren and Maschine videos out there that I've seen (including an hour long video I watched today of Flux making a beat), is that everyone parks their controllers slap bang in front of a computer screen and spends most of their time clicking around with a mouse. I'm not interested in that workflow at all. That's what DAW's and audio editors are for.

The Maschine Studio appears to alleviate that issue for me. Other people's ideas of what is more fluid, fast and convenient is irrelevant to the way I personally want to work.

dont like the sound of that, but maschine software looks ill and the studio controller looks dope but its over kill for me, i will stick with my mk2

Those are some understated but nice enhancement to the software.

I'm actually impressed by just how much visual feedback those screens provide, especially considering the type of controller it is. Everything looks pretty responsive too. I guess in a week or thereabouts we'll all see this thing in action, proper.

It really does look good.

It is on "Amp Simulator", then the guy turns the knob just a little bit and sets it to "Combination". Then, while speaking, he takes his hand off the knob and you can clearly see that the software switches to "Delay" by itself.
