Ensoniq esq 1 - what are they worth?

Any idea what one in good condition with 2 sound cards and sustain pedal would be worth? Came across one for a reasonable price (atleast i think) and am thinking about picking it up, i just dont wanna get jerked.

if its in great shape new battery and all I would pay no more than $100-$300 for it. In the shape you are talking maybe closer to 300

I bought one with a bad battery for $25 a few years ago. Replaced the battery and flipped it on ebay for $200... I swear sometimes I should be a dealer...

That's a good deal. ESQ is underrated. It can do all sorts of great sounds and it's criminally easy to use.

I didnt understand mine at first and for a year or so used it as a midi controller then sold it. Now I regret it but I am mostly a software guy now so I wont be buying antoher one anytime soon.

You dont wanna know how many ASR 10 and EPS 16+ i have copped with bad floppy drives for $100-$200 put a new drive in and BAM. I sold a ASR 10 on Ebay once for $1400 i scored for $200 with a bad drive.

I bought a used XV5080 with 3 expansion cards from GC for $400 (and I haggled to get the sales tax off lmao!) and flipped it for $900. Bought an Alesis Fusion for $250 and sold it for $500. Bought an EMAX for $75 and sold it for $300. Bought an ASR-X Pro for $250 and sold it for $500. Bought an MPC-3k for $850 and sold it for $1200. And several other scores...

I'm serious man I should be a dealer straight up, I never take a loss... I love it!
