E-MU Emulator III XP rack

what's the difference between EIII XP and regular EIII, is it worth $80

EIII....analog cem filters..... the original eIII rack costs over 1k, and shares the same circuitry with the the original EIII kb.
The xp is the later digi low cost iteration of the EIII

Still, for 80$ I'd snap up an xp in a heartbeat.. (usually you'd pay twice that for one) supposed to have a nicer/warmer sound than the EIV..

thanks for the info!...googled it with very little results about xp iteration. I know regular eIII's can get quite expensive
