hi
just found these go for silly money and have picked one up cheap from the bay
just trying to workout the best way to use it..
anyone know if i can use something like a usb - floppy drive to dump patches to that i find online, will the 2k be able to read this or will i get into format issues?
better to scsi it to a jazz drive and dump to that?
find a cheap laptop with os9 and mesa 2?
as for sampling i really want to use it to colour loops and sounds then back into the mpc500
might just be too much faff in the end but for £30 its cheaper than a night down the pub
sorry have searched but the question seems to be getting darker not clearer
