s900 Doesnt pass v1,2 loading screen

Hi i recently disassembled my s900 using a guide i found for it to clean my disk drive.
(I often work with computers and electronics in this fasion)
and when i put it together to check if my disk drive was working normally again it will not go beyond the "Akai S900 Ver 1,2" loading screen.
I've tried wiggling the connectors. I have not reseating the socketed ROMS but will as a last resort.
If anyone has helpful suggestions or has had this problem and fixed it or knows of a forum on here or somewhere that can aid me i would kindly appreciate it

you could unplug your floppy and see what happens when you boot, just to be sure its not a backwards ribbon cable or something. If you havent checked the connections on the voice board do that, including the power connectors. Otherwise I would look closely at the psu. It is very common to have bad solder joints all over the psu. very very common.

Damn I hope this the problem with mine..

Would be relatively easy to fix
