Hi all, my first post so be gentle!

I recently picked up an s950 to add to my collection of intersting old samplers (s330, s760, a5000, mpc1000) I'm really wishing I'd got one of these decades ago and I'm loving the sound and experience of working with one.

There's just one feature that's confusing me:

I've read many references to the "pre-trigger" feature when sampling....I'm really interested in this as the unit I have does have a tendency to trim the attack of very fast sounds when threshold sampling.

Thing is, beside the mention of the feature in the beginning of the manual and various mentions on the Internet I can't find any indication of how to use it or any hit of it in the sampler's menus..

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Should mention I'm on OS1 in case it's a 1.2 thing

In the record page, where you see the input meters, move the trigger threshold all the way to the left.
