Combining the Mpc Studio with Akai s3000xl

Hi fellow Akai geeks!
Im pretty new to hardware based samplers and was wondering if there is any chance to use the Mpc s3000xl like a type of filter between my Mpc studio and the computer to Color the sound and play with the filters and everything that comes with the s3000xl without re-sampling it manually thrue the maschine?

No man. You'd have to resample everything through your 3000XL then dump back to the Studio if you want to do that.

It would be a waste of time in my opinion.

i totally agree with richie, whilst the s3000xl sounds good, i wouldn't say its colorful enough to warrant the work you'd have to put in.
