SP-303: Am I doing something wrong ?

Hi guys, recently got my SP303 and i cannot select bank C or D ?

I can select banks A and B fine and record onto the pads, but cannot do the same with banks C or D

I have purchased a new smartmedia card so that isnt the problem, am i being silly and missing a trick ?

Is it formatted right? Plugged all the way in?
I only remember the so doing that without a card in it.

Thanks for the quick reply, managed to borrow another SM card and it worked just fine, two bogus cards it seems ! unlucky haha

I don't remember if it was the 202 or the 303, but I seem to remember something about it only accepting 3.something v cards up to a certain storage capacity so maybe that's what it was.

I think you’re right the sp404 was 2,4, or 6 gb iirc

i think the 303 is ok with 3 or 5 volt... the 202 is not.

i believe it is max 128mb on the 303 (some 256 will work but apparently after filling passed 128mb it screws up) I been using 64mb ones fine.
