MPK Mini MKII

Not sure where to post this since the other Akai forum has been retired.

Three keys on my mini do not work they are the keys under EXCL, INCL and SING 61%. I have changed instruments and octaves. I have had this problem in MPC Essentials and in the new MPC Beats.

Is there something that I can do that can fix it?

Found a solution on YouTube - a video on fixing dead keys, which required dissembling it and cleaning it:
