What version is currently installed in your S-900? (it will say on the startup screen).
MPC 1000 / 2000 / 2000XL / S900 / S1000 / S2800 / S3000XL / S6000

I saw 1.2 a on the eprom.I want a 1.2c

1.2c will not add anything new from 1.2a
Both versions will let you boot to OS 4.0 which is the real goal to have.
