Some people here probably already know that I'm always interested in the behaviour of the SP12/1200 drummachine. So I got a question aimed at those who worked with the machine.
Outs are monophonic so every sample on an output cuts the one already playing on this output.
I wonder how the SP reacts to samples which contain much low frequencies like a single bassnote or a loooong 808 kick when the sample is retriggered many times in a short amount of time. Any clicks/pops ?
Or in other words: Does the SP have some kind of 'ramping' build in that will avoid pop noises when samples get cut in the up/down phase of a waveform?
peace
