MPC FLY WITH BEATMAKER 2?

Is the fly worth it though? How are the pads?

I was thinking about getting an MPC Element instead? Can that be used with the ipad as well through a camera connection kit.

The Fly works ok, but big, clumsy and limited. The Element is better and works with the Ipad as well as computer.

For portability and flexibility, the KMI Quneo can't be beat. Thanks for the info but how are the pads on the Queneo? As well as the Elment and Fly?

The type of Pads I prefer are pads that are soft, responsive and have great velocity sensitivity. I hate pads that are too hard and you have to push extra hard just to get a sound out of them.

The pads are soft, responsive and velocity sensitive. I tried the Fly, but the pads on the Quneo feel better to me.

I've seen them at a couple of Guitar Centers and at Sam Ash.

I know but you're the only one speaking on it and I would like to hear the opinion of others as well before I purchase it.

yo, why u trying to **** with AKAI?? they don't give a **** about you, just want ur money… the element is recycled parts from the fly.. man, i would grab that queneo if i was you, or u could get a used lpd8 off craigslist, or ebay, shit, even new they are like 40-50 bucks and the pads are nice on them, I've got one.. queneo is built well, by good peeps, **** akai…**** the element, don't buy into that shit man….
