Sent a note to retro regarding future updates and this was the reply:

"We are working on updates! However we need the support of the iMPC community in order to make this great! Please consider leaving an AppStore view, telling a friend, or letting friends know on Facebook. We want to make iMPC amazing, but we need some support.

Thanks,
Dan"

Really hope the updates are proper... The app has a lot of potential IMHO.

I agree. As far as I can tell BeatMaker2 can not change tempo mid song, so I like how the iMPC can change tempo for each sequence. It just needs a song mode.

If they want support they should listen to the complaints and address this.

Please consider leaving an AppStore view, telling a friend, or letting friends know on Facebook

Pitiful really, if I did that then I be telling my friends to avoid this garbage and I'm sure alot of people will do the same.

They don't need our support, they should earn our support by fixing the issues and actually be more transparent with what we can expect in the future.

Word. I had said the same in one of the other threads after seeing the statement. The old Jay-Z lyrics came to mind "Gun in your face and that's the best you can come up with...?"

Almost like saying kiss our ass and maybe we will listen to you. Due to many of us taking a chance on the app it was in the top ten chart for a long time. They made money clearly, but to say it's on us to give 4 and 5 star reviews when we can't in good conscience give it any more than 3 stars is just bizarre.

If anything I'm doing them a favor by waiting to write a review, hopefully a review of an update that at least begins to add some of the baseline functionality we had every reason to expect from jump. It's 2013 and the app is less than my MPC from 1998.
